Enrollment at the Angela Day School
Are you interested in enrolling your child in The Angela Day School? We are now accepting applications for children entering Kindergarten - 1st grade for the 2024 - 2025 school year.
To apply for enrollment, please complete the appropriate Student Application Form:
2024-2025 Student Application
After the open enrollment period ends, if the number of student applications exceeds the number of spaces available, a lottery will be held the day following the enrollment deadline. If the number of applications does not exceed the number of spaces available at a given grade level, all applicants will be admitted and the enrollment process will continue.
Applications will continue to be accepted after the open enrollment period, admitting students at grade levels with space available and placing students on the wait list once the lottery has been completed for grade levels already at capacity.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
The following are important dates for families interested in the 2024-2025 school year registration:
September 15 - 24, 2024 - Enrollment opens for students for the academic year 2024-2025
February 15, 2024 at 11:59pm - Deadline for applications to be included in the lottery
February 19 - 24, 2024 - Enrollment lottery takes place
Week of February 26, 2024 - Notification of lottery results sent to families
March 22, 2024 - Deadline for families to commit to attend The Angela Day School
OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
The open enrollment period for The Angela Day School runs from September 15, 2023 to February 15, 2024. Children must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2024 in order to be eligible for enrollment in kindergarten. Enrollment application forms received before midnight on February 15, 2024 will be eligible for the lottery to be held, the week of February 19th - 22nd. The time and location of the lottery will be announced two weeks in advance. Families must submit a separate application for each student they are interested in enrolling. The deadline for lottery eligible applications is 11:59pm, February 15, 2024.
2024 - 2025 ENROLLMENT MODEL
The Angela Day School plans to offer enrollment for students entering kindergarten and 1st Grade for the 2024-2025 school year.
LOTTERY DATE
A public lottery will take place the week of February 19th in the event more enrollment applications are submitted during the open enrollment period than space exists for a particular grade or grades.
LOTTERY PROCESS
Students are randomly drawn in the lottery process. If the name of a twin is drawn, the sibling will automatically follow. If a twin is drawn for the last available space, the sibling will be first on the waitlist.
Parents of students admitted to The Angela Day School during the lottery process will be notified via email, text, or postcard within 10 business days. Students not chosen in the lottery will be placed on a wait list in the order their names are drawn during the lottery. Parents will be notified of their child's number on the wait list. If anyone declines the opportunity to enroll, the next child on the wait list will be offered the spot.
After the enrollment lottery, names will continue to be added to the bottom of the wait list in the order they are recieved.
